Almost every Real Estate Agent website out there has a page displaying "Office Listings' or a section on the homepage or menu somewhere. It's a strange trend because the reality is that it doesn't match anything consistent potential buyers or sellers will be searching for. Your potential leads and referrals don't care whether or not a listing is in your office. Limiting a page or section to only listings from your office has zero benefit to your marketing or your website as a Realtor.
You need to be tailoring your website content to the things your target market and local market are actually looking for. They want to see listings that are like the one they're interested in buying, or similar to their own home if they're thinking of selling. Searchers in your area care about homes that match their criteria: the type of home, the area that it's in, the price range, the same features as what they want to buy or what their own home currently has that they're thinking of selling.
Instead of displaying a range of office listings that don't match real searchers' criteria, instead, create:
Create sections and pages around your prospective clients specific needs and not the ones of the office you belong to. Do this and you'll be rewarded with more buyers and sellers find you, more inquiries, more phone calls, and more clients.
