How to use tools to find out the most commonly searched for features in your target area and rank for them

- Use the Free tools like the Realtor.ca Insights tool to find commonly searched for property features in your target area. The tool will tell you exactly what searching buyers and sellers are looking for most in your area
- Add pages with content directly related to that top search for property feature (and the target area) to your website
- Add your unique knowledge about those features and the local area onto those pages to make them relevant and stand-out
- Add the pages to your menu and link to them from other pages on your site to build the connections and authenticity of their content
Now you're giving searchers what they want AND matching it with content on your website for their online searches! This is one of the best ways to get started creating unique content for your website that is different from every other Realtor template website out there.
